Terms of Service for SpotSight

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the SpotSight mobile application (the "Application"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

SpotSight provides a crowdsourced information platform intended to assist users in locating parking near various destinations. The Application is an information tool only. We do not provide parking services, nor do we guarantee the availability, legality, or safety of any parking location identified.

3. Eligibility and Usage

Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age for informational purposes. The submission of content is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree to provide accurate and truthful data. Prohibited content includes false, misleading, harassing, or illegal information.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of your parking by observing all posted signs, meters, and local ordinances. SpotSight shall not be liable for any citations or vehicle damage.

6. Intellectual Property

SpotSight retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application. By submitting content, you grant SpotSight a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

7. Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS." SPOTSIGHT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
